Meet Ann Kent

Ann Kent is a farm-girl-turned-dietitian who received her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Kansas State University and her Master of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics from The University of Kansas Medical Center. 
 
She owns a nutrition private practice called Peas & Hoppiness where she helps make mealtime easier for busy families with the Peas & Hoppy Meal Guides.
 
Ann empowers her clients to intuitively fuel their bodies with quality food - and to love what they eat.
 
She is a Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist with experience helping clients manage blood glucose levels with and without medication and has helped many people attain a healthy relationship with food and improve body image, including those who have struggled with disordered eating, hormonal imbalances, and food intolerances.
