Diving deep into your kitchen organization and supplies so that you're not without a tool or a staple ingredient again!

Beginning with the essentials such as Knife Skills, we'll go though all the basics of cooking from cooking chicken and beef to beans and vegetables!

NUTRITION FOUNDATIONS
Using an assessment tool, you'll receive the nuts and bolts of what foods bless your body best. And we'll make a personalized plan designed specifically for your body's needs.

LIFESTYLE FOUNDATIONS
You'll take all the knowldege you learned and implement the techniques into your life, so that you can have long-lasting health with and utlize those tools time and time again!

First Month: This is the assessment phase where we will assess your body's needs, your lifestyle, your kitchen, your skills and time assessment.
Second Month: Teaching Phase! I evaluate all of your data, and teach you the skills and nutritional information that will help you to transform.
Third Month: Implementatiion Phase. We will work side-by-side accountability, so that you know exactly what and when you should be doing!
- Weekly Calls 1-hour Zoom Calls for Accountability and Teaching on your schedule!
- Plus 3 90-minute calls at the beginning of each month
