If we haven't met yet, I am Allene Arnold! I am a trained Chef and a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner! I absolutely love to cook and even more so, I love to eat!
Each summer I have a great time enjoying all the fun foods and parties and socializing, but that typically leaves me feeling sluggish, and un-focused, and with the long days, I do not get enough sleep. So by mid-summer, I am ready to treat my body with the love it deserves!
That's why I want to Bring You Along! If you feel like I do by mid-summer and want a change so that come Fall you're feeling refreshed from the summer and ready to hit that busy season of children's activities, holidays, and even more social events, then I invite you to Revitalize Your Summer!
