I know what it’s like to feel like to be overcommitted and have no desire to cook and make meals that I knew would nourish my body. I also know what it's like as a person who has an Autoimmune disease and what it is like to really struggle with a myriad of symptoms such a brain fog, exhaustion, digestive issues, and hormonal imbalance that make me moody and unpredictable. 

I’m a trained chef and a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and I love to EAT! I only love to eat food that is ACTUALLY delicious, and my deepest desire for myself and for others is to create a life that is filled with nourishing foods that truly bless our bodies and eat foods that taste absolutely amazing. Because food is the key ingredient to living that energetic vibrant life!

After realizing that my health was at stake, I decided to change my habits and I am here to help you change yours too! That’s why I also became a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner! I will teach you exactly what i was lacking and what what made the biggest impact on my health.
